Accessibility statement
Accessibility for everybody regardless of disability, software or hardware or any other access issues is very important to us. This website aims to conform to Level A and Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2 (WCAG 2.0), developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
The website is designed to display on all commonly used web browsers and to work effectively with accessibility hardware and/or software. Our web pages are scalable to accommodate various common screen resolutions, although we still have some issues that we're trying to fix for some mobile devices.
Our site has just been launched using open source Drupal templates. We've chosen templates that aim to meet accessibility requirements but we're aware that there's still a few more tweaks we have to do. As we're not perfect, you may come across an accessibility issue or two. Should you experience a problem related to accessibility with this site, please let us know and we'll try our best to fix it.
In the mean time, known problems include (but not limited to):
- ordering of headings (the templates are spitting out headings in the wrong order)
- skip to content link is a bit erratic
- scaling for mobile phones is a bit all over the shop.
