Our products are shipped in padded envelopes, or packaged into boxes. Where possible, we try to reuse packaging material to minimise waste.

Yes, we ship outside of Australia using Australia Post. Please contact us if your country is not listed for postage and we will update the listing.

Shipping is calculated by the final weight and size of package and your destination, with the shipping costs shown at checkout.

The final shipping costs include packaging materials, handling costs and postage.

All items are shipped in a padded envelope or boxes through Australia Post.

Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing you order.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by your Government and is outside our control. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Yes, if you buy two or more products, we'll combine the shipping costs. The final shipping costs will be shown at checkout (our robots need to go off and calculate the final shipping prices based on your delivery location).

If you're in Australia, regular postage takes 1- 10 days to arrive.
If you're located outside of Australia, standard postage takes any where between 2 to 4 weeks.

If the item you ordered is in stock, we'll post it within 2 business days of the order. If the item is not in stock, the item will need to be hand made and then posted to you. This can take about 7 business days.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. 

We want you to love your new hand crafted laser piece. If for any reason you don’t, just return it to us and we will pro­vide you with an exchange (other than for ear­rings, cus­tom orders or sale items). To return your pur­chase, please con­tact us by email within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).

Please return the goods unworn and in orig­i­nal con­di­tion in their orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing with a copy of the Invoice. The goods must be returned within 14 days of reeipt.

Please pack­age the goods care­fully and return them via reg­is­tered mail at your risk and cost. No respon­si­bil­ity is taken by CrankyBot for goods which are lost or dam­aged while in tran­sit from you to us.

If your return is accepted, we will pro­vide you with an exchange or a refund to the value of your ini­tial pur­chase less the cost of the original postage charges.
