Theobromine (chocolate) dangle bar earrings
Theobromine, also known as xantheose, is the active ingredient in one of CrankyBot's favourite foods - chocolate. Theobromine has the chemical formula C7H8N4O2. As well as chocolate, it is found in a number of other foods, including the leaves of the tea plant, and the kola nut.
These dangle bar earrings are made from a wooden outer layer, a metal dangle bar, with a laser cut inlay featuring the theobromine molecule. The earring is approximately 15mm across and 70mm long (from top of the ear hook to the bottom of the metal dangle bar). The earrings come on silver plated hook earrings. Due to the handmade nature of this piece, very slight variations may occur from the item pictured. All artwork is originally designed and crafted in CrankyBot's home studio in Canberra, Australia.
